Think of this as being educated with a bonus of recipes.

I think I would have given this cookbook 5 stars if the names of the recipes were in the front like they printed the names of the heading of each chapter and if the recipes were more diverse. I have seen a lot of the same ingredients in a lot of these recipes. Maybe if I had never seen their documentaries I would have more appreciation for all of the information in the first 133 pages. The Esselstyn's and the Campbell's (doctor's & authors) seem to be family friends. I have a cookbook written by Kim Campbell that I like better with more diverse recipes and better presentation. I DO LQQK forward to one day taking their online classes at eCornell University on plant nutrition. I also truly believe what Rip Esselstyn has written.
